Purpose of Position
To acquire new customers by promoting the company and 3rd party software solutions.
Key Performance Areas
To generate new business for the organisation’s products/services by:
- Makes effective telephone cold calls
- Make in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers according to company standards.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
- Achieve 100% of monthly/annual Sales Targets
- Outgoing personality
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive and Self-motivated
- Practice effective time management and problem solving. To be punctual at all times
- Ability to interact with users, interpret and translate user issues into technical problem descriptions for follow-up and resolution
- Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and business processes quickly
- Interact with the potential customers to fully understand ongoing project requirements
- Good organisation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and performance targets.

- Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
- R4k per month TCTC plus commission. Potential OTE R150k+ pa.
- Must have your own transport and cell phone.
